Young South Africans interested in a career in aviation are given the opportunity to enroll in a 12-month Learnership Programme by BidAir Cargo (Pty) Ltd. After the learnership is over, participants will acquire an End User Computing NQF Level 3 certificate, which is recognized and approved by MICTSETA. Because of this, candidates would have both a qualification and a year’s worth of professional experience after a year. The program is split into 25% theoretical and 75% hands-on training.
We are seeking people who are passionate about working in the aviation and freight sectors and who are vivacious, self-assured, courteous, and helpful.
Requirements
- Must have a Matric (Grade 12)
- The willingness to learn
- Must bring a lot of enthusiasm
