Summary of the Job
Unemployed Learnership A diploma in finance is required for the position of virtual financial advisor, and it is preferred if the candidate has any financial planning credentials or even RE5 certification. Learnership will begin on April 1, 2025, and last for 12 months.
Description of the Position
The focus is on sales and service delivery (help and supervision).
Assist existing and new bank customers with smooth sales activation, conversion, and fulfillment. Expand Your Connections with Customers
Deliver a high degree of personalized service to clients by building consultative connections with them to boost client loyalty and business recommendations.

Utilize your knowledge to promote timely reporting on client sales-related inquiries and the smooth fulfillment of sales.
ensuring that all fraud and credit referrals are looked at, handled, or escalated and handled by customer experience.
Engage in interactions with customer segments that improve the brand experience. Control the transactional processes
Follow the predetermined daily workforce plans and schedules, making any required revisions. Keep track of things and report on them to give accurate and timely information. You may also generate monthly reports that show trends and patterns.
