•Management Ensure that the team achieves their primary KPI Sales service targets.

•Target setting, call-flow management, and interval control are used to motivate and inspire individuals and teams through call and utilisation times, as well as to reward and recognise, feedback and communicate.

•Responsible for the daily management of your staff, including the monitoring of shift patterns,time-keeping,absence, and overtime.

•Coaching and Development Coach, mentor, and develop your team.

•Create a culture of continuous improvement by exploring new ideas, challenging the status quo, finding best practices, and examining departmental processes.

•Set goals for the team and individual personnel, and conduct regular performance reviews. Identify and solve any training needs in your staff.
