Responsibility:
To handle transactions on POS actively, promptly, and accurately in order to deliver excellent customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Process customer orders in accordance with SOP to provide excellent customer service
2. Continue providing fast service
3. Correctly handle various payment kinds in accordance with SOP
4. Inform clients about ongoing specials to increase sales
5. Use suggestive selling or upselling strategies to raise ticket averages.
6. Keep the counter service areas clean and hygienic in accordance with SOP
7. Keep FOH Stock in accordance with SOP
Requirements:
1. Must have Matric/Grade 12
3. Advanced literacy abilities
4. Advanced numeracy abilities
