The Santam Learnership Programme is an entry-level transformation program that aims to alleviate the current skills gap in the financial services industry by creating a sustainable pipeline of bright individuals who will support businesses in achieving their goals. Learners can apply for professional membership of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) in the designation category of IISA Member (MIISA) with a qualification and the FSCA regulatory tests RE5.
WHO MAY APPLY?
applicants who are South African citizens and have a Grade 12 certificate
Unemployed
between 18 and 28 years old
The learnership applicant must not be enrolled in any other courses.
