Nexio Technical Assistant – Learner

Overview

In our Network Management Centre (Telecommunications), which now handles Event Management and Incident Management on a 24/7 basis, a Technical Assistant learner will receive training and mentoring.

Qualifications in Education

Knowledge of IT fundamentals and/or IT training/qualifications would be helpful.
Grade 12/Matric or NQF level 5

Required Knowledge and Skill.
Logical thinking and interaction skills.
excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication.
Definitely self-learning.
Teamwork ethic, interpersonal skills, and the capacity to work well with others.
the capacity to operate under pressure and under strict time constraints.
