Ownership of the full HR supply chain:
● Collaborates with the Business Unit leadership to find talent and build a strong succession plan for the region.
Has a strong emphasis on customer connections. creates a culture of responsiveness and customer focus among all teams within the People Function.
● Use the right change and project management disciplines throughout the People value chain to drive the implementation of important People projects.
Education
Human Resources Management is a required major in the bachelor’s degree, while Human Resources Management is a required minor.
