VW Graduate program

Graduate programs emphasize on hastening graduates’ education in their jobs and, while doing so, assist them in reaching their full potential. This is an ongoing career position that includes a year of expertise and expertise improvement whilst employed continuously in one of our departments. The objective of this program is to turn talented people into the leaders of tomorrow. By the end of the year of 2023, candidates have to have earned their undergraduate degree or its equivalent. The training course will begin on February 1, 2024.
