the primary goal of the learner program
The Learnership Program’s goal is to give young graduates who are unemployed formal learning and work experience. The program lasts for 24 months and gives graduates work experience as well as the chance to learn and advance their careers in their specialized field of study. The curriculum provides graduates with possibilities for on-the-job experience and training. The curriculum involves mentoring, where students can advance their academic knowledge and abilities while gaining real-world work experience.
Education Requirement
Must have a degree in Actuarial Sciences/Mathematical Statistics/Data Science, Business Management, Credit Risk, Information Technology, Marketing & Sales, Law (LLB), Finance (Financial Management/Cost & Management Accounting/Audit), Risk Management, and Agricultural Economics.
