SARB Graduate Program

All creative and gifted candidates are invited to apply for the information technology internship (Grow-IT) opportunity offered by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB).

In response to the departmental strategy and workforce planning, Grow-IT is an internship program designed to fulfill the current and future skills needs of the Business Solutions and Technology Department (BSTD) of the SARB. This involves developing the department’s capacity and capabilities as well as its future talent and succession strategy.

Position Requirements
Candidates who are interested in this internship must:

a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, mathematics, software engineering, or statistics (NQF 7), or a National Diploma in IT (NQF 6);

be a resident of South Africa;

be in the age range of 18 and 35; and

be inquisitive, driven, and creative.
