Job Purpose/Role Intent:

A 12-month internship opportunity for young people with any post-secondary HR qualification, with the option of extending provided performance requirements and standards are fulfilled.

Key responsibilities include the planning, scheduling, and management of internal and external courses and training activities.
Document control, including but not limited to training history capture and training-related record keeping and archiving. Maintain the agreed-upon OME record keeping, archiving, and/or filing system.
Engagement and support from stakeholders, including but not limited to client-facing engagements and meetings
Administrative duties for multifunctional training in accordance with Energy& Learning Analytics

Formal Qualifications: Post-secondary HR qualification in HR / Learning, such as a Higher Certificate, certificate, or degree
