Important Duties
1. Guarantee that digital responses to business partner or customer inquiries are provided within the allotted turnaround time.
2. Meet budgetary objectives and performance KPIs by delivering revenue performance and operational results.
3. Establish solid partnerships with business partners to enable effective 90-day planning for associated renewals
4. Have a close relationship with sales staff, offering regular updates on assigned clients and helping them to spot potential for more revenue.
5. Coordinate, influence, and manage across departments to increase corporate value and guarantee quick resolution of escalating problems
6. To ensure customer satisfaction and retention, develop and maintain excellent professional connections with clients and business partners.
needed qualifications
An accounting bachelor’s degree or equivalent national diploma is preferred (NQF 7)
