Principal Goal

To provide top-notch customer service to all Discovery Health Members, Providers, Employer groups, and Brokers by assisting with and completely resolving their inquiries through various channels, mainly the phone.

Qualification:

Grade 12 with accounting or mathematics
obtaining a minimum of 50% on the Matric English exam
MS Office fundamentals
