Short-Term Insurance Learnership

Introduction 

Momentum Insure offers young South Africans with an outstanding learning opportunity in the short-term insurance sector through with a partnership with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority).

Purpose 

The Learnership Program, which begins on March 13, 2023, offers participants the chance to hone their skills and gain expertise in short-term insurance. In addition, program graduates who really are successful will be granted an official National Certificate: Short-Term Insurance, NQF level 4.

Requirements

• between the ages of 18 and 25 (including turning 25 in 2022). A copy of your ID must be submitted with your application.
• English-speaking, reading, and writing ability
• passed matric; math will be advantageous, and English must have a pass level of at least 50%. A copy of your high school education MUST be included with your application. Please enclose a copy of your Matric preliminary exam results if you are presently completing the program.
• possess computer literacy
• Currently not working or lacking in work experience
• not be enrolled in any other school or possess any post-Matric credentials
• Not registered in any other training and education at this time
• Are you thinking about employment in short-term insurance?
• possess a love of study and the corporate sector
• possess a spotless criminal and credit history
• Applications without copies of the applicant’s ID and Matric (or Prelim) results will not be taken into consideration.

Duties

The opportunity to develop their abilities and build expertise in short-term insurance will be given to the successful applicants.

Extra Info

A set monthly allowance or stipend will be given to learnership participants.
