1. Minimum specifications
   Grade 12 with computer application technology;
   Obtained 50% or higher;
   Computer literacy is preferred, with knowledge of computer applications technology (CAT) an advantage.
   A South African citizen is required.
   Between the ages of 22 and 30;
   Must be unemployed and have never participated in a learning program.
   Must be willing to commit to a 12-month learning experience.
   Candidates who live within 40 kilometers of the Witbank facility will be given preference.
