To join our team at our Branch and help with walk-in clients and administrative tasks, we are searching for an energetic, amiable, and fully multilingual receptionist/administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities
- In charge of the switchboard
- Help any individuals that come in on their own
- Weekly meeting attendence
- Involvement in weekly meetings
ordering stationery and filing
Qualifications and Skills
- Grade 12
- Experience in Reception/Administrative will be beneficial
- Literate in computers
- Has never been convicted of a crime
- Extroverted and amiable character under duress.
