The commercial division of Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) offers a variety of rewarding work opportunities. For sales learnership opportunities in our numerous regions, the CCBSA is seeking young, bright, and active individuals. The selected applicant will report directly to the Team Leader: Sales
Key Purpose
This program’s goal is to give participants the knowledge and abilities they need to comprehend the basic ideas behind increasing volume, streamlining the order-taking process, and implementing, carrying out, and honouring merchandising standards for both directly and indirectly clients within a predetermined geographic area. The National Certificate in Marketing, NQF Level 4 Learnership, will be done by the learners.

Qualifications
- Grade 12( Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy – 40%)
- Two South African Languages passed with 40%
- Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Driver’s Licence advantageous
- Must not have completed the same qualification/learnership at another place
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of South Africa
- Applicant for employment equity is required
- Must have been jobless when appointed
- Must be at the ages of 18 and 35
- Candidates must be willing to commit to the 12-month program.
