Tracker : Call center learnership

About

Twenty-five young South Africans with exceptional potential are being given the chance of a lifetime by Tracker Connect through a Call Center Learnership NQF Level 4 that will be headquartered at the Johannesburg headquarters of Tracker. The Learnership’s goal is to provide young, unemployed people with the information, experience, and abilities needed to provide great customer service in a call center.

Job description

The 132 credits that make up this learning intervention’s full qualification are made up of organized unit standard-based learning paired with practical/workplace experience. The following competencies will be had by young people after they have completed the qualification.

Compentencies

• Becoming a call resolution specialist.
• To ensure that customer service standards are upheld in a highly stressful workplace,
• Capture and update information.
• The capacity to sell and market goods.
• Proactively cross-selling and upselling several products.
• Understanding of the viewing of bills, modifications, advance payments, credit notes, and payment allocations.
• Contracting, scheduling, and an understanding of Tracker systems.
• Assistance with data-integrity campaigns.
• Handling of electronic communication.

Requirements

• Possess a valid South African identification card and be a citizen.
• Between the ages of 18 and 35, without a criminal history matriculation with a D/level 4 English language pass.
• Being unemployed and not enrolled full-time in school.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Detail orientation.
• A desire and potential for learning. The ability to deal with a constantly changing and pressured environment.
• The ability to work in an environment where multi-skilling is required. Basic computer skills.

Note: Please be aware that applications from specific categories will be given precedence in accordance with Tracker’s criteria.
During the length of the 12-month learnership, a small stipend will be provided as compensation to cover basic expenses.
