Core group (iStore) – Call center agent

Job description 

The largest Apple Premium Reseller in Africa, iStore is the place where everything Apple is sold. With more than 30 physical and online stores spread out across Africa, Apple has a strong retail presence there. These stores offer professional advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for anything and everything Apple.

For iStore customers, the customer service representative is the point of contact. This person must be very motivated and passionate about talking to and communicating with clients. This is a customer service-oriented position that sees to it that customers are helped with anything from questions to items to technical support. This position may be right for you if you enjoy assisting people and communicating with them.

Responsibilities

• Support, help, and resolution are given in accordance with the iStore trade hours.
• The accomplishment of goals
• Adherence to the processes and procedures of the contact center
• Handle grievances, respond to questions, and offer assistance and general information
• Know the Core Group’s customer care, client satisfaction, and service level commitments inside and out.
• Show a dedication to exceeding client expectations and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Display great interpersonal skills and the capacity to communicate with clients and colleagues in difficult circumstances, such as furious clients, conflict resolution, etc.
• Technical assistance telephonically resolving technical concerns and perhaps researching technological issues
• Help clients with questions about all ongoing repairs by providing status updates
• Call tracking all incoming telephone inquiries
• Consumer assistance

Requirements

• South African ID
• Matriculation certificate
• One year Call Center experience
