Responsibilities
- Competently answering calls and communicating with clients.
- Creating communication as asked by Hospital Management.
- Communicating with the management team as requested by the hospital management.
- Managing Management Electronic Diary
- Organising and planning difficult travel arrangements for the Hospital Management.
- Taking action points and draughting minutes at management meetings.
- Draughting messages following Hospital Management’s desire.
- Preparing management presentations and documentation/slides
- Managing and evaluating file and office systems.
- Provide administrative support to hospital management.
Requirements
- Matric or certificate for equivalent NQF level 4 .
- A national diploma in secretarial studies or public relations would be useful.
Work Experience
- A minimum of three to four years of personal assistance experience.
- Working experience in the private healthcare or healthcare financing business will be beneficial.
Working experience
- Experience on SAP will be desirable.
- Knowledge of medical aid admission protocols would be beneficial.
- Extensive literacy in the complete Microsoft Office product is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be able to operate efficiently autonomously.
