The crucial Purpose of this part is to safely operate one or further separate processes in the Brewing & Utilities factory( e.g. Wort Cooling, incentive operation, Filtration Q&C), the prosecution of conservation tasks, quality control checks and analyses, and the coaching of fellow platoon members to produce a harmonious product of the right quality at optimum cost.

Optimize Factory & Process Performance where applicable
Operate the Brew house Factory and Process
Operate Beverage Fermentation Factory and Process
Operate Beverage Filtration Factory and Process
Operate the Packaging( kegging and bottling) Factory and Process
Performing housekeeping tasks, applying 5s principles and following safe work practices
Unsafe work practices must be linked and corrected.
Support the creation( drafting and establishing) of standard work procedures( including quick fix routines and problems
Quality Control and analysis
Carry out the needed quality checks and analyses, and recording the results on the applicable information system
Where quality problems have arisen, apply the applicable problem working ways( e.g. Quick fix routines) to resolve
Escalate any linked or undetermined problems to BAM
Communication
laboriously share in meetings and thing reviews.
use the gap list to record issues, problems and enhancement openings.
Completely understanding the platoon pretensions and sharing in platoon thing review sessions.
Making use of applicable communication media( e.g. shift logbook) to stay informed and inform others of issues.
Complete required hand over to incoming shift platoon members, icing the issues relating to factory performance, quality.
